INGREDIENTS

2 oz Prolijo Mezcal Reposado
3/4 oz Roasted Red Pepper
3/4 oz Lemon
1 Spoon Red Wine
1 oz Egg White


METHOD


1. Dry shake all ingredients.
2. Shake with Ice.
3. Double strain and pour it into a Cocktail Glass.
4. Garnish with Colorful Edible Roots and Lemon Peel.
