Tamarind Twist

A cocktail drink in a rounded glass with a lime wedge garnish and sugar or spice rim, placed on a wooden coaster on a wooden surface, against a concrete wall background.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Prolijo Mezcal Espadín
1 1/2 oz Tamarind Nectar
1.2 oz Lime
1.2 oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur

METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice
2. Single strain and pour it into a Rock glass with ice
3. Garnish with Lime Wheel and Tajín
